How do I receive my quiz or game after purchase?

Your download is instant! Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a downloadable file right away on the purchase page, as well as receiving an email. No waiting, no shipping!

Are the quizzes and games printable?

Yes! Along with a digital PowerPoint or video file, all of our quizzes have a PDF document with a list of the questions and answers, meaning the quizzes are portable and can be done without internet once printed if you'd prefer. Our party games are designed to be downloaded and printed at home as well. 

Can I use the quizzes digitally instead of printing?

Absolutely. Printing is optional for the quizzes but most of the card/party games will need to be printed. You can see differently details on the product pages.

How long do the quizzes take to play?

Our video file quizzes run for 19 minutes but allow 45 minutes for extra thinking time and marking. The PowerPoint quizzes times are decided by you so you can adjust the pace depending on your group and how competitive everyone gets! If you allow 30 seconds thinking time for each question then the PowerPoint quizzes will take around 25-30 minutes to answer the questions, and around 10 minutes to mark. 

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you have any issues, we’re always happy to help—just reach out!

I didn’t receive my download—what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll make sure you get your file right away.

Can I customize the quizzes or games?

The PowerPoint quizzes are editable. You may be able to create a copy of the PowerPoint to edit as you please. If for some reason you are unable to, then feel free to reach out and we can send you a copy that you can edit as you please. 

For the games, they're not editable but there are often extra "plain" cards that you could use to come up with you're own prompts or questions.

Can I use these quizzes and games for events or commercially?

Our products are for personal use only. If you’re interested in commercial or bulk use, feel free to get in touch - we’d love to chat! We don't mind if you the quizzes for your local pub quiz, but we'd rather be asked first so that we know. However, reselling or redistributing the quizzes and games is definitely a no-go!
